Skills Require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data architecture, or related roles and have worked with Oracle EBS as a source.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, ETL, and reporting.
  • Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView, with a focus on dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools and processes, such as SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications in BI and data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Certified Azure Data Engineer etc).

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the Manager – Data Analytics to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
  • Design and architect scalable and robust BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and reporting dashboards in alignment with the Manager – Data Analytics.
  • Perform data analysis and profiling to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business value.
  • Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into the data warehouse.
  • Design and optimize data models to support complex analytical queries and reporting requirements.
  • Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing appropriate data governance and quality standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI and analytics.
